This designer wedding dress is full of whimsical wonderment.  The billowy tulle ball gown features a sheer corset bodice with a sweetheart neckline.  Frosted, three dimensional floral lace appliques adorn the bodice and cascade down the gown, pooling at the bottom to create a wide hemline border.  Detachable bishop sleeves, with matching applique add to the bridal fantasy.
